Phyllis is a very feminine bear, delicately speckled with soft blue, pink and a very soft orange. Her velvet hands and feet are a little brighter than her powdery, sparse, hand dyed mohair. Her tummy, inner ears and tail are of long, fluffy, semi-sparse mohair. She has delicate, sparkly blue, pink and silver, hand painted eyes with eyelids.
